Santek Acquires Enviro Waste Systems

CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Officials with Santek Waste Services, LLC. announced today its acquisition of Enviro Waste Systems (EWS) in Conroe, Texas.

Effective August 1st, Santek purchased all of EWS’ assets. The transaction includes all of the company’s residential, commercial and industrial customers. Santek Chief Business Development Officer Edward Caylor said the EWS purchase is a strategic complement to Santek’s acquisition of Major Waste earlier this year. “We continue to build upon our growing presence in the northeast Houston market and are actively pursuing other independent waste collection companies," Caylor said. "EWS has a long history in the Conroe community and we’re looking forward to continuing its commitment to outstanding customer service."

Santek Completes Two More Acquisitions

CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Building upon its recent acquisitions in the North Atlanta and Houston markets, officials with Santek Waste Services, LLC. announced today the addition of Bates Sanitation, Inc. and Major Waste Services to the Santek family of companies.

Effective March 1, 2017, the transactions include all of Bates Sanitation’s residential customers in Cherokee County, Georgia and all of Major Waste’s residential customers in Montgomery and San Jacinto counties, Texas.

Santek Chief Business Development Officer Edward Caylor said the recent purchases boost the company’s platform for growth in the North Atlanta and Houston markets.

“Our goal this year has been focused on expanding our waste collection efforts in markets where we’re committed to building a solid and promising presence,” Caylor said. "As we continue to expand upon our footprint, we’re actively seeking more independent haulers who have an interest in selling their companies.”
