Spring Creek Retail located at the Eastern Corridor to historic downtown Cleveland, Spring Creek is a mixed-use community combining retail and residential to allow its occupants to live, dine, shop and play in a carefully planned environment.
Designed with a cozy neighborhood atmosphere, Spring Creek is actually located on a 64-acre site with 40 acres of residential, 12 acres devoted to commercial and an 8 acre business park for business/professional occupants. Spring Creek Town Center features a retail area with loft living apartments upstairs. A large bank, a smaller motor bank, several restaurants, coffee shop/bakery and a series of specialty shops are all planned to encompass the center. A food market will be the anchor in the center of the Town Center and offering the fresh market/produce/health food concept.
